Terms of Participation

The Early Bird Fees apply for registrations made on or before 6 PM IST 8th April 2008. Registrations after this date are subject to the Standard Fees. The Company Team Discount applied only to six or more delegates registering from the same organisation.

It is only possible to participate if the total amount is paid before the conference. Conference participations can be cancelled only until 6 PM 15 April 2008. The organisers will charge a Cancellation fee of INR 500. Registrations after 8 April 2008 cannot be cancelled and no refund will be made under any circumstances.

The organiser has the right to change the conference program for organizational or other reasons.

In the event of the conference being cancelled, the conference fees will be refunded. Any other claims to the organizer are not valid. Should the conference be postponed, the conference registrations remain valid. Product and brand names are usually registered trademarks of the respective companies.

JAX India 2008 is an event of S&S Media. The organizer holds all copyrights for the content of the conference.

Seats for each session is on a first come first serve basis. Should you find no seats available in a specific session, please choose another parallel session to attend. Thanks for your cooperation.
